Prices:

The Bead Booth reserves the right to change prices without prior notification to reflect increased material costs. All orders received will be invoiced at prices current at the time of dispatch. We are not VAT registered so VAT will not be added to the cost of goods.

The Goods:

Some of our jewellery is made from a range of natural materials such as pearls and gemstones. As such, due to their uniqueness, items can differ in colour, shape, size or quality from the photographs displayed on the website. Photographs are not to scale and are for illustration purposes only. All product descriptions are given in good faith.

Items in Stock:

Where any items are not in stock The Bead Booth will flag the item as “Out of Stock”. Enquiries can be made as to when the item will be back in stock by emailing info@thebeadbooth.com. In the unlikely event that by the time your order reaches us the item is no longer available then we will contact you to advise on availability, offer a suitable alternative or provide a full monetary refund.

Delivery:

We make all our items to order, and aim to despatch your goods within 5 working days. In the event that delivery will take longer, e.g. multiple orders, we will contact you to advise of the estimated delivery date. Should this be unsuitable, a full refund will be provided.

If you wish to pay by cheque, we require the funds to be cleared before the the goods will be despatched.

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on the items ordered.

The Bead Booth charges a standard UK delivery rate of £2.99 which will be added to the price of your goods at the checkout. Orders up to the value of £35 will be sent First Class Recorded Delivery. Estimated delivery time is 1-2 days and a signature will be required. Orders valued at greater than £35 will be sent Special Next Day Delivery and again will require a signature. The standard overseas delivery rate is £5.99. All items will be sent by International Signed for Airmail. Estimated delivery is within 3 working days to Western Europe, 4 working days to Eastern Europe and 5 working days to the rest of the world. Further information is available from www.royalmail.com.

Returns Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery, it may be returned to us within 30 days after receipt of the goods requesting a full refund or an alternative item of the same value. The goods must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. It is advisable to obtain a proof of posting receipt and to insure the items with the Royal Mail. Once we have received your goods in their original condition we will process your refund or send out an alternative item.
Items delivered broken or faulty must be returned to us within 7 days in their original packaging. It is advisable to contact The Bead Booth immediately either by phone or by e-mail advising us of the problem. In the event of a suitable replacement product not being available a full refund will be offered. Items will not be credited or replaced if The Bead Booth considers the item to have been damaged through mistreatment.

The Bead Booth does not offer a returns policy on earrings, unless delivered faulty, due to hygiene reasons.

Privacy Policy:

The Bead Booth will only use your personal information for the purposes of processing your order and will never, under any circumstances, pass your details on to third parties.

Warning:

As jewellery contains small parts these present a choking hazard and a risk of fatal injury. We recommend close adult supervision of any child wearing jewellery.
